The founder of Saltair Supply Chain Advisory Group is Tony Beck. Tony is a lean certified seasoned supply chain leader with nearly 30 years of extensive and diverse experience in operational excellence and strategic logistics for many iconic Canadian and global brands. In addition, he has also held key leadership positions in global sporting events such as the 2010 Olympic Games. He and his team's methodical approach and hands-on leadership have consistently delivered measurable results from basic to the complex infrastructure projects. At Saltair, Tony leads the advisory team in transforming operational challenges into high-performance distribution and transportation networks.

With well over 25 years of outstanding, diverse supply chain experience with many iconic brands, Jyoti is also Lean-certified and specializes in large-scale infrastructure optimization, DC staffing efficiencies, ERP selection/installations, Logistics SOP creation, and network design. In addition, Jyoti is an expert on import/export and ocean freight.
With 18+ years of cross-functional operational excellence initiatives, Nadine specializes in the creation of effective inventory control SOPs, management programs, and data-driven process improvements.
With nearly 20 years of supply chain and related operational experience, Richard specializes in DC network transformation and creative cost-containment OPEX saving initiatives. Richard excels at helping companies select, procure, and install optimized MHE, racking, and DC equipment.
With over 13 years of progressive operational safety experience, Kyle specializes in the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive safety programs. He has a demonstrated ability to lead organizational safety initiatives and help companies strengthen regulatory compliance.
